Soybean expeller is mechanically pressed material; it is not interchangeable with solvent-extracted soybean meal. Specify protein, residual oil, moisture and intended use so a matching product can be assessed. The offered lot requires its own agreed analysis.

Can I request soybean hulls?

Include loose or pelleted form, fibre and moisture targets, bulk-density requirements and the receiving format. Hulls are a distinct fibre-rich ingredient, not a substitute for a soybean-meal protein specification. Availability and quality are confirmed for the proposed shipment.

What should a lecithin enquiry specify?

State liquid or powder form and intended application. Include phospholipid or acetone-insoluble content, acidity, viscosity, colour and any food-use or documentation requirement. Form and quality parameters must be agreed for the offered material.
